Mauro Ticca has held for over 30 years roles of direction, control and coordination of complex operational realities in freight, cargo, logistics and airport handling companies. His career began in 1987 with leading companies in the express transport sector.

Mauro Ticca has enriched his training by attending courses on “Personnel management and operational flexibility”, “Smart working. Principles of management engineering” and “Management and motivation of collaborators and negotiation with customers “, held in Brussels and Bologna. In October 2018 he expanded his skills by obtaining the certification as “General manager” issued by Federmanager.

Subsequently inserted in the operational part of transport and logistics, it currently holds the role of Projects and Analysis Responsible and is an active part in the IT updating of business processes.

At the end of the Degree in Foreign Languages ​​and Literatures, the professional training path begins in operational roles, customer assistance and customer care at companies of primary importance in the express transport sector, to arrive in I-Dika in 2000.

Over the years, gaining experience in customer service and customer satisfaction activities, he develops operational and commercial strategies, and thanks to new skills in bargaining and negotiation of customer / supplier rates, he becomes Head of the Export and Lots sector.

The consolidated professionalism in the transport and logistics of alcoholic beverages and specialization in the management of foreign tax warehouses have led her to play the strategic role of Head of the Wines and Spirits Sector (Import, Export and Logistics).

Associated with AIDP Piemonte and Valle d’Aosta (Italian Association for Personnel Management), in addition to graduating in Law, he began his professional career by carrying out advanced courses at the University Institute of European Studies, and at the Anav in Rome.

Ennio Vitrò has gained experience in structured and international companies that have allowed him to develop executive managerial skills in the HR & LEGAL area.

Since May 2020 he has held the role of HR Group Manager of the Sogedim Group.

The duties concern: signing of the second level integrative, trade union and industrial relations, preparation and management of extraordinary transactions, management of disputes, internal and external training processes, personnel administration.

With twenty years of experience gained in companies in the Transport and Logistics sector, he arrived in I-Dika in 2021 with the title of Sales Manager responsible for the General Cargo Commercial Area.
