  • Information to users who browse / interact with the website indicated above.
  • Information regarding the site Cookies.

When contracts or interactions with customers and, in general, with our stakeholders and in all other aspects of our work are concluded, we can gather information on data and, in this sense, we state that the nature of our services does not provide for the collection of particular data of users, customers, suppliers, except of course the data of our staff.

The information collected through this website or during commercial contact may include: personal data; contact details, bank details necessary for the completion of billing or payments, data related to the nature of the goods processed and data relating to the transport and storage of goods.

 

2)  Purpose and legal basis of the processing

The processing of data is only performed for the following purposes:

  • Management of relationships with customers (management of contractual conditions, issuance of estimates and invoices), to perform any contractual obligations, to manage litigation and to comply with regulatory obligations, in particular accounting and tax.
  • To send (with prior written consent) promotional offers on our services and update on rates and offers and greetings by ordinary mail or email.

5)  Place of treatment

The data will be processed by the data controller at its registered office in Volpiano (TO), Strada Brandizzo, 243 and at its secondary offices: Avigliana (TO) – Viale dei Mareschi, 15; San Mauro T.se (TO) – Via Pescarito, 79.

 

6)  Refusal to provide data

The right to oppose (opt out) the processing may be asserted at any time for the treatment concerning the promotional purpose. 9)  Data transfer

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or to international organizations. However, by virtue of the transport or logistics contract we may have to share your data, where necessary, under the laws of the countries in which we operate, to customs authorities and international logistics hubs.

In this sense we inform you that the communication of the data of your Organization will have as sole purpose: the completion of customs procedures and necessary for the unloading of the goods you entrust us for transport and delivery to the final destination indicated by you.
