Francesco Boffa

Co-founder with Giorgio Martinez, in 1968 he began his career as an accountant.
Over these years with I-dika, he has dealt with Italian and foreigner customer with fiscal consulting such as the setting up of local branches in Italy, fiscal representation, customs advice, excise duties, VAT, Intrastat, Black List and relationships with public agencies. He is also responsible for the organization in business efficiency and human resources.
He works in association with APSACI, where he was President from May 2001 to June 2005. Mr Boffa also served as Vice President Fedespedi from October 2005 to February 2010.
 Giorgio Martinez

Giorgio Martinez

A founding member, since 1953 Mr Martinez has been responsible for international transport, an emerging market at that time. In 1968, he decided to found  I-dika together with Franco Boffa, and today his presence in the company continues to be constant.
His profound knowledge of European countries, especially France and Spain, has contributed  to develop a dense network of relationships with key industry players during all these years, making I-dika one of the leading companies in the transportation  of Garments and  Wine and Spirits.
Andrea Boffa

Andrea Boffa

After graduating in Economics in 2000, he left for four years of work experience abroad at a leading Italian financial company, where he worked on investments and equity trading. In 2003 he graduated as a Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager CEFA.
In 2004 he joined the company and he assumed responsibility for all aspects of corporate financial management: liquidity management, relations with banks and insurance companies, investment analysis and research funding, credit risk management and property management.
Isabella Martinez

Isabella Martinez

After living abroad for more than two years to improve her knowledge of foreign languages, she returned to Italy to complete her education by attending special courses in economics and logistics engineering.
Having joined the company in 1998, she took her first steps in the import department and in the organization of after-sales services that the company offers to both Italian and foreign customers. Today, besides being responsible for the operational aspects of import department , she is in charge of researching and selecting partners for national distribution throughout Italy.

Since the early 80s, he has been dealing with international shipments for Timec Srl and since January 2000, following the acquisition of Timec by I-dika, he has continued consolidating his career in sales and marketing.
Many years of experience in the transport sector for textiles and more specifically, in the world of fashion, enables him to provide qualified solutions to meet the needs of customers.
Silvano Rivolo

Silvano Rivolo

He began his career working as a customs agent, where he learnt the rules and operating procedures that customers are required to follow in dealing with customs administrations.
For 30 years, he has been mainly engaged in export and in the Wine & Spirits department as regards both the commercial and technical aspects of customs and tax regulations that accompany certain categories of goods or extra EEC products.
Mary Signorile

Mary Signorile

Since 1980, she has been responsible for the administrative and accounting department where she deals with preparation of budgets, management control, quarterly financial statements, fiscal policy and annual balance sheets as required by law.

Thanks to her previous experience as a IT analyst, she heads up the working group that rewrote and completely customized company software between 2000 and 2001, covering the operational aspects of transport and logistics as well as administration and accounting needs.
Today, together with IT department colleagues, when faced with clients’ specific needs and requirements, she develops highly customized programs in order to guarantee the highest level of satisfaction.
